i completed this task on my laptop, so i was using Microfsoft Word 2000, which had slightly different names for things. but essentially i coped with it ok. i found the first three tasks as easy as anything. the first advanced task was also easy as. i did experience some difficulty with the 2nd advanced task, but nothing too serious – i was able t figure it out by simple reading things and trial and error. i can definately see how this software is important to me – not that i already didnt know this. however i did not know about the idea od merging etc. that will come in handy in the future when i do send out resumes and job applications.
